This educational afternoon activity gets you involved in the local food culture. Meeting in the home kitchen of a local chef, you will be taken through the preparation techniques of several traditional dishes including, delicate empanadas, tasty locros/stews and delicious alfajores. Enjoy your cooking success with a sit down meal where you can taste test your efforts.
Meeting at Vamos Spanish Academy, you will be transferred to the private residence of your cooking class teacher. You will head straight into the kitchen where the raw ingredients will be waiting. The next couple of hours will be a hands-on experience as you prepare your own lunch. The menu includes a starter, a main course and a dessert.
With the food in the oven, the table will be prepared and wine served for a sit down lunch to enjoy the traditional Argentine food you have learnt how to prepare.
