Helpful staff arranged luggage pickup from the airport a day before arrival and ensured the same room for four nights booked through different methods, while the rooftop pool and hot tub had perfect water temperature with an amazing city view. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed, strong shower water pressure, and modern facilities in a beautiful hotel located conveniently though not ideal for nightlife.
