Friendly staff, especially the gracious woman who packed warm croissants and coffee for an early taxi, and helpful girls at the desk were very attentive. Breakfast was good with different options to choose from and amazingly good in quality. The room was comfortable, clean, small but well equipped with strong air conditioning and a comfortable bed. The hotel had excellent WiFi and great water pressure in the shower. Convenient location close to Palermo Subte station, shops, restaurants, parks, public transportation, all within easy walking distance on a quiet street in Palermo. Luggage storage was available for late flights after checkout.
