Ignacio was very helpful and attentive during the stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable, with basic cooking facilities, a big bathroom with hot water and good shower pressure, towels and bed linens in good condition, WiFi worked well, balcony helped reduce street noise at night. The location was safe and quiet in Palermo, close to restaurants, shops and walking distance to the center, parking in the building could be reserved in advance.
