The location was great, literally across the street from San Telmo market with lots of shops and restaurants around. The rooms were simple but clean with a cute balcony, AC, hot water, towels, bedding, and free bottled water. The shared bathrooms were always clean with hot water and there were four over two floors so waiting was rare. The kitchen was small but well stocked enough for simple meals despite utensils being worn out. The owner was very accommodating allowing late check-in, payment in the morning after exchange offices opened, and bag storage for a small fee when leaving Buenos Aires for Iguazu Falls. Reception hours were 1-6pm but staff communicated easily via WhatsApp outside those times.
