The hotel featured a beautiful old mansion with charming architectural details and an impressive lobby staircase. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, some including amenities like a sauna and Jacuzzi. The location was quiet yet close to major sights and quality restaurants in Recoleta. Excellent service extended to the on-site restaurant offering reasonable prices.
