The location was close to the port, with quick resolution of payment issues upon arrival. Check-in and check-out were efficient, and early check-in was allowed without problems. The staff provided clear communication and permitted luggage storage after check-out. The elevator and stairs were in excellent condition, while the breakfast offered was good but could be improved. A refrigerator was available for guest use to store food items.
