Friendly staff, especially Rodrigo, gave a room upgrade to a massive suite which was super clean, comfortable and well finished. Breakfast was very good with awesome coffee and the restaurant served delicious dinner with a 15% discount for first dinners. The hotel had spacious rooms and bathrooms, a lounge, terrace, gym, and jacuzzi. The location was near Plaza Lavalle (Teatro Colón) in a safe neighborhood close to main spots of Buenos Aires within walking distance.
