Helpful staff went over and above to assist with flight issues and language problems, breakfast was fresh, tasty, and cooked to order from a small menu with choices like bacon and eggs, the room had a big private balcony overlooking a quiet street but some old furniture was not in the best shape, laundry service was available, restaurants were within walking distance in Palermo area, and the location was safe for exploring Buenos Aires.
