Ursula was super flexible and supportive with check-in after I had to reschedule due to being robbed, and the apartment was clean, spacious, with a comfy bed, great shower facilities, kitchen for breakfast use, and a small balcony. The location was very safe and close to many cafes, restaurants, markets, bus stops, two subway stations within walking distance in Palermo.
