We felt really happy to stay here because Charlie was super responsive and went out of his way to help us. From the start, Charlie was kind and generous, even suggesting a Western Union option for payment since ATM limits were tricky, which made things much easier. The location was great, close to lots of attractions, bars, and cafes, and meeting Charlie’s wife and dog on checkout was a nice touch-we’d definitely stay again if we’re back in BA.
