Roberto was an excellent host who accommodated early check-in, greeted late arrivals, and provided clear communication with helpful tips for restaurants and sights. The apartment was very clean, spacious, bright, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and pillows, towels nicer than on a cruise, TV working well along with high-speed Internet and air conditioning. The location was great in Palermo Soho near many bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and the metro.
