Comfortable bed and air conditioning worked well, but the room had broken plaster, cracks, discolouring, and one plug socket fell out of the wall, no lock was on the kitchen door or window which felt unsafe. Staff were very friendly and helpful with quick check-in using door codes without keys. Location in Palermo Soho was great with many restaurants and parks within walking distance. The studio was clean, spacious, cozy with a little desk and basic elements for coffee, pool area seemed nice too.
