The hotel featured spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and good water pressure in the showers. The staff were attentive, kind, and accommodating, offering early check-in and luggage storage when needed. Breakfast was served on the 11th floor and described as excellent and very tasty. The location was central, close to theaters and main avenues. Reception was available even past midnight for assistance with key card issues.
