Friendly and helpful staff, especially the owner who helped with taxi and ticket ... patiently, a private room had air con, comfy beds, strong WiFi, and a fridge to store things. The location was great in the center with many restaurants and shops nearby, luggage storage for several days was allowed. The room had both fan and AC with a window for fresh air but needed some refurbishing in the bathroom.
