The location was excellent, offering convenience for local offices and numerous nearby restaurants. The building featured well-maintained facilities and clean apartments. Staff were polite and professional, although the reception porter had limited English but remained friendly. Some furniture showed signs of wear, such as unstable chair legs and a broken balcony door handle. Access to shops within the same building added to the overall convenience.
