Spacious, clean apartment had a balcony with stunning views over the main square and comfortable 6ftx6ft bed. Hugo was very nice and helpful, solving problems quickly. The location was central on Congress Plaza near supermarkets and landmarks. Early check-in at 4 a.m. was possible with concierge assistance for an extra half-day rate.
